About the host/body holder:

• For our safety, I'm calling myself "JJ," which is an abbreviation.
• I'm bodily an adult (not saying age or birth date)
• I'm a mixed, white-presenting B[IPOC].
• I'm spiritually eclectic, practicing witchcraft, and converting to Reform Judaism.
• I'm queer; I'm not straight by any means, and that's all you need to know.
• I'm transmasc, genderfluid, and Two-Spirit; I go by they/he, as well as xhe/xher and ae/aer.
• I'm intersex; I have both NCAH and PCOS.
• I'm chronically ill and physically disabled; I deal with things such as endometriosis, fibromyalgia, hEDS, ME/CFS, RRMS, POTS, and SLE (not a comprehensive list).
• I'm neurologically disabled; those disabilities are AuDHD (ASD + ADHD-C), DCD, various learning disabilities, and Tourette's.
• I'm mentally ill; those illnesses include CPTSD, various anxiety and panic disorders, schizoaffective bipolar I disorder, various personality disorders, various subtypes of OCD, derma + tricho, OSFED + BDD, OLD, and substance use disorder.

About the system:

• We're a polyfragmented DID system; we're not comfortable using modifiers like "complex" or "highly complex."
• We've been aware of our system since 2016; we are medically recognized by multiple people, and we are saving money for an official assessment.
• We collectively go by they/them since remembering everyone's pronouns is understandably difficult.
• We call ourselves "alters" and "parts;" please don't call us "headmates."
• We've given up on trying to count every alter, fledgling, fragment, shard, and grain there is in our system; just know there's tons of us.
• We're introject heavy, meaning most of our alters aren't brainmade.
• We're trauma holder heavy, meaning most of our alters hold trauma of some kind.
• We're mixed part (MP) heavy, meaning most of our alters are a combination of ANPs (apparently normal part) and EPs (emotional parts).
• We've survived extreme complex traumas since infancy, and that's all we're gonna say without putting a name to our experiences.
• We've been in a monogamous system partnership since June of 2023.

The purpose of this site:

• To introduce our system to the world as anonymously as we can.
• To personally categorize alters and their internal groups.
• To share with people who need an overview of who's who.
